01Our customers taught us how much a clear answer matters. Order details were scattered across calls, messages and spreadsheets, and each handover meant checking them again. We wanted to spend more time solving problems and less time chasing information.
02We started building our own operating system, beginning with factory quote comparisons and then connecting production schedules, packing, documents and costing. Each feature came from a problem encountered on an actual order.
